AGM Gatherings

Would your organisation like to host one of our AGM Gatherings.

The Society's AGM gathering is the highlight of our year. The venue for this popular event  is moved each year so as to give as many members as possible reasonable access and the opportunity for them to visit different railways.

The Society covers the hosts essential costs and gives support and advice throughout the process. It also undertakes the pre-event bookings.

For those organisations who would like to hold the event but feel they require additional  facilities, such as extra track etc, the Society has a grant scheme that may be able to help with these costs. For the full details see "AGM Assistance Scheme" in our SERVICES section of the website.
