In 50 years the SWZ has grown from a small oval in the Zuiderpark to an extensive track system, with 5 km (3 miles) of track, a 5 track station and different routes to drive. Recently the Dutch governement has enforced stricter rules for health and safety, but they are not far off from the UK's HSE rules. After an inspection and check (and, of course, boiler certificate) you're good to go. While travelling overseas customs will be an expensive hassle when bringing a loco, you're welcome as a visitor too. When you bring a loco there's limited camping space on site.
