AGM - Eric Walker locos

Hi, will any of the other locos built by Eric Walker be attending this year ?
I'll be taking my Romulus - KLR No1
Be nice to meet up with other owners.

Hello Kevin, I've got one of Mr. Walker's Tinkerbells. It was his No.8, I'm doing some work on one of the flycranks and crankpins at the moment so it's out of action.I've only seen one other of his engines in action- at a Tinkerbell Rally at Moors Valley, but I don't know what it's KLR number was.
I will be at Moors Valley in September, but not with this engine.

Hi David, thanks for the reply. That looks lovely, you've made a good job of finishing it off.
I doubt you remember me, but I'm a friend of the guy who bought your blue Tinkerbell some years ago. We came to your place to look at it and test run it at Abbey Park (?). Cheers, Kevin

Hello again Kevin,
No it wasn't me I'm afraid. I've never owned a blue Tinkerbell (yet).

Kevin,
It was probably John Bailiss from Leicester, he's built a number of Tinkerbells.

We have Eric's Tink No.14. Won't be at the AGM but am hoping to be at MVR event without loco!

Only one Eric Walker Tinkerbell at the 50th Anniversary Rally at the MVR. But 18 others - see Gallery. Also Paul Ash has written a 50 year history with lots of photos and anecdotes. MVR has copies, but Amazon does not.
