Loco called "Burma Star" Numbered 656

I have had a query about a loco built by Bill Peers around 1980's possibly 5" or 7.25". It was called "Burma Star" & numbered 656 in honour of the Burma campaign and 656 Squadron (Army Air Corps). It was known to give rides at a Squadron open day on a track laid on Netheravon airfield dispersal in 1989. If anybody has information on this loco I would be very interested to hear from them.
