Society Pattern Bank

Recently I had cause to find out more about the Society Pattern Bank. Shortly afterwards I obtained (2) patterns from David Mawdsley (no.02100) the member responsible for them, & he posted both to me very promptly. (The Society also does drawings for certain locos.-However look at its web page's first!) I delivered them to the Bridport Foundry who in a short period returned both with castings to me. At that time they were re-organising due to their acquisition of Stuart Turner patterns etc. from the previous supplier. In recognition of Davids service I made a donation to the Society his efforts for which I'm grateful.
