This sale comprises of my Romulus, driving truck and road trailer. The loco has been a frequent and reliable performer and has hauled many passengers. Fitted with a Bell steel boiler but retubed three years ago with copper tubes, it is very free steaming. The wheels have steel tyres that show very little wear. Fitted with two 60oz injectors and a vacuum ejector. Cab windows are opening. The cab layout is for ease of operation. The driving truck has a large stainless steel water tank and is vacuum braked. Fitted with three axles. Designed for comfort with a low foot plate and easy access and an adjustable seat. The road trailer is a single axle made by Wessex. Very substantial but easy to manoeuvre. Steam and hydraulic certificates until April 25. This is an ideal package for inexperienced drivers as it is so easy to drive, it is also capable of doing serious work.
